The long-awaited movie starring Akshay Kumar came out in theatres for the first time on August 15, 2018. Actually, Kishan Lal was the model for Akshay’s character Tapan Das. The first part of the story is based on Kishan’s life. Kishan was the captain of the Indian hockey team.
Also, he was born in India on February 2, 1917, in the city of Mhow, which is in the state of Madhya Pradesh. In the early 1920s, a young boy goes to school with the goal of someday becoming a member of the British royal family. In 1948, he invited them to a luncheon at the royal residence of a king.
He liked to play polo when he was younger. In the meantime, his widow and their four boys and one girl live in Mhow. His oldest son’s name was Devki Lal, and he coached ice hockey before leaving in 2009.
Over time, he started to like ice hockey. At 16, he joined both Mhow Green Walls and Mhow Heroes. Not long after that, he started working by joining the Indore-based Kalyanmal Mills team. 1937 was the first year that Hockey Captain ME Zutshi noticed his talent. After that, Kishan was invited to compete in the Bhagwant Cup in Tikamgarh.
